Tips for Making the Most of Your Bali Retreat

  • Take a few days before your retreat to unwind, set personal intentions, and open yourself to new experiences, this helps you get the most out of your yoga, meditation, and reflection practices.

  • Consider arriving a day or two early to settle in, recover from your flight, and give yourself time to adjust to the island’s pace before the retreat begins.

  • Bali has a tropical climate, and visiting during the dry season (Mid May–Beginning of November) makes outdoor yoga, beach time, and nature excursions more enjoyable.

  • Pack light and bring essentials: Most items are easy to get in Bali, and we provide a goody bag with all your yoga essentials. Bring comfortable yoga clothes, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer (like female hygiene products, which can be more expensive locally). Everything can be washed locally, so travel light, everything else is affordable and easy to buy on the island.
